How to Enable or Disable Switcher Top Left Hot Corner in Windows 8 and Windows 8.1

This tutorial will show you how to enable or disable the Switcher upper-left hot corner in only your user account in Windows 8, Windows RT, Windows 8.1, and Windows RT 8.1.
Note
When you disable the Switcher upper-left hot corner, you will no longer be able to open Switcher from the upper-left corner.
You will still be able to open Switcher from the bottom left corner, and any other method though.

OPTION ONE
Enable or Disable Switcher TL Corner using a BAT File
Note
The .bat files below are for the registry key and value below.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ImmersiveShell\EdgeUI
DisableTLcorner DWORD
0 = Enable TL corner
1 = Disable TL corner
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ImmersiveShell\EdgeUI
DisableTLcorner DWORD
0 = Enable TL corner
1 = Disable TL corner
1. Do step 2 or 3 below for what you would like to do.
2. To Enable Switcher Upper-left Hot Corner in Windows 8 and Windows 8.1
NOTE: This is the default setting.
A) Click/tap on the Download button below to download the .bat file below, and go to step 4 below.
Enable_Switcher_TL_Hot_Corner.bat
3. To Disable Switcher Upper-left Hot Corner in Windows 8 and Windows 8.1
A) Click/tap on the Download button below to download the .bat file below, and go to step 4 below.
Disable_Switcher_TL_Hot_Corner.bat
4. Save the .bat file to your desktop, and run it.
5. If prompted, click/tap on Run.
NOTE: If you like, you can stop getting the Run prompt by unblocking the downloaded .bat file.
6. You will now notice your screen flicker as explorer is restarted.
OPTION TWO
Enable or Disable Switcher TL Corner in "Taskbar and Navigation properties"

1. From your desktop, right click or press and hold on the taskbar, and click/tap on Properties. (see screenshot below)
2. In Taskbar and Navigation properties, click/tap on the Navigation tab, and do step 3 or 4 below for what you would like to do. (see screenshot below)
3. Enable Switcher Upper-left Hot Corner in Windows 8.1
NOTE: This is the default setting.
A) Check the When I click the upper-left corner, switch between my recent apps box, and click/tap on OK.
4. Disable Switcher Upper-left Hot Corner in Windows 8.1
A) Uncheck the When I click the upper-left corner, switch between my recent apps box, and click/tap on OK.
OPTION THREE
Enable or Disable Switcher TL Corner in PC settings
1. In Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1, open PC settings, and click/tap on PC and devices on the left side. (see screenshot below)
2. Click/tap on Corners and edges on the left side of "PC and devices, then do step 3 or 4 below for what you would like to do. (see screenshot below step 5)
3. Enable Switcher Upper-left Corner in Windows 8.1
NOTE: This is the default setting.
A) Under Corner navigation on the right side, mode the When I click the the upper-left corner, switch between my recent apps slider to the right to turn it on, and go to step 5 below.
4. Disable Switcher Upper-left Corner in Windows 8.1
A) Under Corner navigation on the right side, mode the When I click the the upper-left corner, switch between my recent apps slider to the left to turn it off, and go to step 5 below.
5. When finished, you can close PC settings if you like.
