Window Switcher Shortcut - Create in Windows 8

ALT+TAB
Press and hold the ALT key, press the TAB key, then either keep tapping the TSB key or roll mouse scroll wheel to scroll through all your open windows. Select the open window you want to view and releasing the ALT key to make it the active window again.

Did you mean TAB key instead of TSB key? I looked up TSB key on Google and couldn't find it

Sticky Alt-Tab...now pinnable to the Taskbar. GREAT

FINALLY!

I'd just copied the link from Win7 and was using it since DevPreview, and with that release you could Pin to the taskbar.
But that 'broke' with Consumer and Release editions.
So I just put it in Quick Launch along with Ethernet, which is still not pinnable to the Taskbar, though both can
be pinned to the Start Screen.

The hexed text gobbledygook you always get when to "Send To" Notepad...or any text editor;
files of that type. .lnk .exe .db .jpg .vob etc etc etc

Sometimes you can glean some pertinent info from them.
