registry

I'm trying to edit the pagefile of installed Windows , which cannot be booted, and I want to edit it by the registry So how can I disable , delete ,creat , adjust pagefile via registry?

Can I increase the amount of memory available to the user's programs without enabling the pagefile via registry? I mean, maybe it can be increased at the expense of the system memory.
