I'm on a Dell XPS 13 with touchscreen and running Windows 8.1 and since I got it the touch keyboard would pop up automatically when ever I would touch an area which required text, in chrome, firefox, a word document. Anywhere I could put text basically but then the other morning it just stopped working and wouldn't open automatically. I've run the troubleshooter suggested for other problems but it says that it is on and running. How can I fix this so that is goes back to popping up automatically?
