I've got mine - but it's nice to have it in print too !!! still a bit old fashioned when using expensive kit -- I like to READ the manual several times before even THINKING of switching the device on. (Pro 3 !!!).

BTW the surface Pro 3 QUICK start guide link doesn't work -- infamous 404 so it might have been moved.
