I, too, need to know how to enable my hanvon hc10c wireless. I am currently using Netgear usb wireless adapter , if that helps. I had drivers installed in win7 which don't seem to work in win8. And 1024x600 screen is incompatible with metro ui, if any one can help.

If you go to device manager does the device manager "see" the hanvon network adapter?
On the Viliv s10 tablet, windows 8 always loads with the native network adapter turned off such that it does not even appear in the device manager. In order to install the network adapter driver, I had to use the network adapter on/off switch on the machine body (in this case a fn key and network adapter key) to turn on the network adapter so that device manager would see it.
Does the Hanvon tablet have an physical network adapter on/off switch? If so, go to device manager then switch the network adapter switch to on to see whether device manager refreshes with the network adapter viewable. Then install the drivers.
As I said, I have to turn on my network adapter every time I restart windows 8.
