Defender resetting chrome? and power outtage..

Talk about a weird night,

I closed my Chrome browser and then when I reopened it, I got this message..

is this normal and who else has received this before? it's my first time seeing it and can't find anything on google about it..

then before I could say yes or no.. then the power went out in my home!.. and I lost it. .ha.. now the power is back on and I don't know what that was about.. but it doesn't show up again..
