Browser Security Errors with any Secure Operations

I tried to upload 3 files for everyone to see. I have asked this question in general. However, I neatened it up and clarified some things.

Most "secure" operations I do on the internet seem to give me errors. While it primarily seems to be Google it is any site. I ran multiple virus and maleware scans. I have tried clean and fresh installs of IE, Chrome & Mozilla, I still get the same errors. I see no serious errors in my event log. Though I do not fully understand a lot. But I am having a serious problem. Sites I have been using for years, several all of the sudden are asking for security certs. I've used Penzu (attached) for yrs. Sometimes over the last 3-4 days it asks me for a cert other times it does not. I have a different cpu on another IP. I do not have these issues

  • Secure Connection Failed
  • Timed out (Not as frequent)
  • The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
  • The webpage at https://plus.google.com/u/0/me?tab=wX might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. GOOGLE absolutely was not down
  • I have received some type of TLS errors?

When trying to log into yahoo messenger I receive:
  • yahoo messenger gives this error: Any use of this Certificate
constitutes acceptance of the DigiCert CP/CPS and the Relying Party
Agreement which limit liability and are incorporated herein by
reference. It wants me to add a new cert

Thank you in advance!

Check your firewall.
I'm not an expert with these situations, but in my experience the firewall causes these kind of things after some kind of an update from an antivirus.

My firewall is up, is suggests it is running properly. I know I made no intentional changes to it

Not sure, if it is related, but a few months back, security certificates have been compromised, so users have been advised to update Windows and browsers. What does your penzu's certificate says, especially the date?

Are those large enough to see? I assume you can expand them? Note Penzu is not the only site giving me this error. It is also happening regardless of what browser I use. I did clean / fresh installs of Chrome & Firefox. Can you "advise" or assist me on how to verify current security certificates? Is there a faq/video? I am not remotely computer inept. Any general/broad advice would BE AWESOME! My computer is almost dysfunctional now. I am 100% confident my clock is set right and my firewall seems ok. I get this error sometimes:
"Some websites try using out-dated (no longer secure) TLS mechanisms in an attempt to secure your connection. Firefox protects you by preventing navigation to such sites if there is a problem in securely establishing a connection. When this happens, you will see an error page with the option to report the error to Mozilla."

ANY advice before I reformat and install. Would be great. I have ran every virus/work/trojan scanner I know of. Careful to remove each before running the next, I must have broke something, why would someone hack me or something is broke booo :( !!! (SEE POST BELOW TOO PLS / QUICK REPLY)

I have asked on Mozilla. But "you" people here are so much more informed typically.

I checked my clock using: The Official NIST US Time: It seems set correctly. I sincerely doubt I was hacked, why hack me? It is most likely not a virus, Trojan or worm. It really seems to be security certificate related. But, I do not know what so many are. Can I just permanently uninstall them and will they be reinstalled? Why would this be impacting me across 3 "browser platforms"?

I might be making progress now? I tried to install it, it said it already was installed. Should I uninstall it somehow and reinstall? Can I check logs to see if it is running properly or has been compromised? I realize dozens of other people need your help. Finally, I know you might not know. BEST educated guess? I installed Linux on my CPU (DUAL boot). Partitioned disk it all was 100% fine, works fine. 3-4 weeks after install these problems began might that be the issue?

TY!!! From everyone for thoughts or help!

IS it normal ok for security certificates to just expire? This is the first time I have seen my computer want to install them? Possibly in the past I had it set up to install them automatically? This still only addresses a small portion of my issue - TY though.

Yes its normal for certificates to expire after a while.
After the certificates expired they, if I'm correct, have to register their certificates again.

It looks like something is preventing certificates from updating.
My guess would be Norton, it is known to cause problems.

Try to run update yourself: Start - Run - taskschd.msc
Go to Certificates and run tasks supposed to update it.
The date should also tell you, when it was last run.
