Agreed. It appears that you may have encrypted files with NTFS Encryption. You can use the method in the tutorial below to see if you do have any encrypted files on your drive.

If you do, you could either decrypt them, or back up the certificate.

Thanks Brink!!!It'll search all your local drives (internal and external) that use the NTFS file system for encrypted files.
You could decrypt the file to not have to worry about it anymore.
