Solved Virus Installation

I think I might of installed a virus. what happens is there are 5 tasks in the task manager that I can open the file location of:
inodri
the service has no name
ino3ri
ino6ri
inowri
the service is recxeil
inoari
the service is ybetkerb

Also whenever i click on links in my browser a new tab pops up with an ad, I looked in the addons and couldn't find anything.
I tried a system restore and it gave me the error codes:
0x800703f1
0x80070057
Also What is WMI Provider host, and why are three of them open in the task manager?
One more thing, how to i disable test mode, and will that fix it?

Run SFC/Scannow. Run dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth with the Cmd Prompt still open if any damaged files can't be repaired to see if you have damaged files preventing a restore.

My personal opinion only. I go crazy trying to figure out the processes in Task Manager. Just depend on AV to prevent malware/spyware.

What is you Antivirus ? Computer running normal with exception of popup ad ? Google WMI Provider Host for a detailed explanation, it is an authorized program.

You need a good antivirus such as Kaspersky and let it full scan your PC overnight.
and even if it finds something run malwarebytes in second run, also overnight full scan.

In task manager is it causing high CPU % and Disk % . Check the processes tab. Also when you right click the location where do they show to be, which folders ? No extension to these files, e.g....EXE ?

As Torre said, except try also a chkdsk if you have a Hard disk drive, not if you have a SSD

From the Admin command prompt, type chkdsk c: /f /r
Take awhile, let it finish, again from the Admin command prompt, copy and paste dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Same command prompt copy and paste sfc /scannow
Now you can try System Restore again, not sure if you had previous restore points before this issue happened.

At run command on start button also try MRT.EXE Windows Malicious Removal Tool.
Some Malware and viruses will need stronger tools provided by some forums.

Chances these can be just startup items also, check startup tab in task manager. Also look through the details tab on what is running.

No problem. Refresh is safe, complete way if you don't mind reinstalling changes and possibly some software.

Be cautious to what you put back on the system now, since were not sure where this came from and if it was even a virus for sure, as could be from program you used and possible adware, spyware.
