Disk and folder encyrption software for win8.1 64x

Hi I know this topic has been addressed before but i cannot seem to find the post.
I have win8.1 64x home edition and thus i do not have bitlocker.

Can someone recommend to me a full disk and file encryption software or refer me to the post that discussed this matter
