I bought a new laptop (Toshiba Windows 8.1) and while uninstalling bloatware/reviewing the settings I found two allowed app entries in the firewall for proinstaller:
proinstaller151990736 [x] public
proinstaller151990736 [x] private
After uninstalling all the software/apps I didn't want these two entries remained (no descriptions). I tried to remove the entries and could not, So, I unchecked both entries; now, I have a new pair of proinstaller entries:
proinstaller605962989
proinstaller605962989
