Solved Windows username and Skype weird-might-be problems

Hello.

About a month ago I saw for the first time the username system on Windows 8. I have never created as much I remember a username in my computer. However, suddenly this new thing popped before my eyes. But it was'nt a request or something reasonable that Windows noted me. It claimed that my username is (I rather not to post his name) and not my name. I somehow knew this name is familiar to me. I did'nt use my computer much since I had a lot tests so for a second I thought I created this username and made up this name and I just don't remember...

I forgot about this, edited the username so it will be named as my name naturally and kept moving forward. Now I use much more in the computer since it's summer vacation :).

Today, I watched a video and I heard a Skype message notification an unusual thing since my Skype username is really unused (I assume that sound is part of the video I watched). Anyway, I entered into the Skype application and checked out if I have a message. But what I saw is something I remember but not very well. I saw the same name I had in my username. The same name of the username I didn't create. In fact, I don't know this name and it doesn't look like a name from my country at all. It was a Skype contact of me and not just any- it was in the favourite list. And I never use the favourite rate system in anything (except Youtube). Our conversation is completely blank and he has a picture (and he didn't look like a guy from my country either). I removed him in 2-3 minutes.

Now here comes the question: Is it something I need to worry about? Could he put a spyware\virus in my computer? My computer works fine, perhaps a tiny bit slow but now drastically. Please I need some help. Are my computer or my privacy in danger?

Don't think there's much to worry if it's Skype only, I get messages and requests every now and than even if set to "Contacts only", I think they are using name generators to generate some possible names and place calls and requests from that or predefined lists. Similar to unsolicited phone or Fax calls about advertising, questionnaires etc.

But I told you that it affected my windows username and he didn't just send a request he became my friend without me adding him (as much as I remember) and put him in the favorite contact list. Is that possible to happen as some kind of a spam too?
