white screen virus stuck in safe mode

sorry if this is the wrong place for this-wasn't sure.

I guess I have that white screen virus. I think I could handle removing it but I need the desktop and safe mode is stopping lots of tricks. But I cannot get to anything.

Sys restore fails everytime.

how the heck do I fix this.Without reinstall.

if this is the wrong place someone will move it .
you could try making a virus removal boot cd on another computer to use ,like this one in the link ,there are others but I chose this one to show you .

Thanks-but Itried that and Bit defender rescue-no luck.

Thanks-but I tried that and Bit defender rescue-no luck.

that's weird, if it is what you say it is a virus ,the scan should have found something ,are you sure its not your monitor ,any chance you can try it on another computer

My Monitor???? No offense but I am not an idiot, It was a heavy duty Trojan, trinity rescue disk, avi rescue and Norton power eraser fixed it-Took hours.
