Windows Defender no prompt before taking action?

I just started playing around with Windows Defender. There's a setting to make a Restore Point before taking any action such as quarantine. This makes me think there's no prompt or bunch of checkboxes or any way to decide item by item to clean the "infection" or ignore it(other than setting folders and files in the ignore list.) Am I right or is there some hidden option/configuration?

You can choose to delete, clean or allow items on detection, but you have to click details a couple times if I remember correctly. It's really setup for minimal interaction but if you choose, you can pick your options.

Thanks for the info. I was hesitant to run it as I hate running Restore Points.
