Eset Smart Security and Windows 8.1

After having upgraded to windows 8.1, every time I turn on my laptop (which is connected to internet via wifi) there is NO internet connection. I have to follow network troubleshoot procedure in order to have at last internet access in my laptop. During that procedure I can see that network wifi adapter gets a reset and after that it works properly.

I have followed the eset suggestions posted in the link :
I cannot connect to the Internet ? how do I adjust IDS options to prevent router conflicts? - ESET Knowledgebase

but when I turn on my laptop again, I face the same problem...

Any suggestions, would be really welcomed!

Have you tried disabling and/or uninstalling ESET to see if that is the cause of your issue? If so, and either one fixes your issue then I would say that you need to go back to ESET support or look for another solution that works in harmony with your wifi. Good luck.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled ESET, last night, and I'm checking it now...

I had the same problem on my laptop after upgrading to 8.1 with intermittent wifi signal dropping in and out. I ended up, updating my wifi network adapter which seemed to solve the problem. Try that, updating your wifi adapter.

I suffered a lot with these such irritating severe headaches..

but found out best solution is to uninstall and then reinstall your each driver after restarting your pc.
reinstall and restart your pc after each installation.
