    Not this time around. This is a fresh installation but in my previous one I installed MSE which seemed to suppress WD if I recall. I could be wrong there. Then I hadn't realised that WD also contains an antivirus element in W8 so MSE isn't really necessary although I haven't read much about how good the protection really is I must admit.
