How exactly is the best way to get rid of Toolbar Malware? I got rid of them using uninstall programs in control panels, and I no longer see the actual toolbar, but whenever I open up my browser it opens up two new tabs with two search engines with the same name as the toolbars. Suggestions?

(I use chrome by the way)

VAF music and Entrusted were the ones I wanted to remove. Trying Malwarebytes right now.

EDIT: Tried disabling them under Chrome extensions, didn't work. It seems that most of the malware is accumulated in Appdata --> Local --> Temp. Can I just delete this folder, or is that a bad idea?

Ran Malware bytes as reccomended, and then scanned again just to make sure it was gone, but the extra tabs still pop up when I open chrome. Should I reinstall?

Did you run the software with windows in safe mode? Did the software come back with lots of items found?

Don't forget to run Spybot as well as I found that it usually finds more items than MB. No harm in trying. Obviously install as normal and then boot into safe mode to run. Sometimes these unwanted toolbars etc can be a right pain to get rid of.

This link has useful stuff about resetting Chrome back to default settings which might be of use.
