With only two adults in this house and no children visiting us or using our computer.....why do I have to enter a password every darn time I turn on my desktop PC? I did not have to enter a password with XP nor with Win 7.....why now with Win 8 Pro. I stayed up nearly all night searching in vain for a way to turn off that requirement but finally had to give up.
Can someone PLEASE...tell me how to turn off that password requirement so that I can walk into the room....turn the PC on and walk away from it to take care of other tasks while it boots and is ready to go when I get back? Please.
