Brought a computer in for a "cleanup" at Staples, and upon bringing it home it didn't have any sound. I waited two months to bring it back, and after doing so the person at the computer center said there was "nothing they could do."
Ran Dxdiag at the behest of an employee and there's no information under the "Sound" tab.
Opened Device Manager. Three things are showing issues:
1. Microsoft Streaming Tee/Sink-to-Sink Converter

2. Microsoft Streaming Tee/Sink-to-Sink Converter (duplicate?)

3. Realtek High Definition Audio

Eagerly await a response to this. Thanks a lot in advance. ^_^
