Hi to all !

My computer is playing audio on green jack output on the back of the computer.
But,i somehow broked it and it doesn't work anymore and I can't plug anything in it.
So i am with no audio now.
OFC i have other outputs with different colours ..
How can I change that my computer don't play audio on green one,so it can play on orange one or what ever else jack output :)

If you have a "Line Out" jack (generally Blue but could be another color on your PC) you can use that. If you have a headphone jack on the front you can use that for the speakers.

I don't have "Line Out' and I don't have front jack outputs. :(
I am actually installed Windows 7 five days ago.
Before that i was using XP ..
On XP i was using orange one, because my green one doesn't work.
I already request help on other forums but they said I need to definie one jack where will my computer play audio on it. (in control panel somewhere)
How can I edit it and play my audio on orange one ?

What sound driver do you have, the actual sound hardware driver or only the basic Windows installed High Definition Audio driver? If you do not have the actual sound hardware driver (and there is one that is Vista/Win 7 compatible) install that as it may allow jack defining (not all sound software will allow you to define the jacks).

Please fill in the "My System Spec's". It helps us to try and help you.

Does your version allow reassigning jacks? Some do and some do not.

If not, the best option is to either use a USB connected sound card or install a separate sound card. You can get sound cards relatively inexpensive.

If u think about reassining in regedit it can i already tried it..But it doesn't work ..
I think there is a better solution so I can definie it in control panel ..

I don't recommend the registry. If it can't be done with the legitimate software, then the only option is either replace the motherboard or use a different sound card.
