Hello,
I have a problem with background noise, it's like a "sssssssssssssss" thing.
It only appears when I have a game open, my web browser or any other program.
Here's a list of my sound drivers ^
Gyazo - 6ccee2f5fb6e5535c4d202b35eae61bc.png
Any solutions or suggestions on how to fix the background noise?

EDIT: I just found out that even when my speakers are on 0(or even muted), I still hear the noise.

No it's not it, I tried unplugging my microphone and the noise was still there.

You're using digital and not analogue I see... Do you have any EM(electro magnetic) sources near by, such as a cell/smartphone a microwave oven(like me in my 2 room apartment) or WLAN? Does a slight repositioning make a difference? I ask because of your edit remark.

Could be "coil whine". (Google it.) Power supply, video card, monitor, even an SSD can cause it.

Near my PC I have speakers, a printer and two monitors. My phone has always been on my desk.
I forgot to mention, before the noise appeared I had a Windows 7, and I didn't have that noise. Because I changed my motherboard, processor and power supply, I had to reinstall windows, so I bought a Windows 8.
And something else I found... when I disabled the Realtek High Definition Audio driver, from the picture above, the noise was gone, but also my sound.

I don't believe that it's "coil whine", because from what I have googled, I understood that the "coil whine" comes from the graphics card, and you hear it directly, while I hear the noise through headphones.

Have you tried playing around with the properties, such as turning off enhancements or the advanced tab under exclusive mode turning things on/off? Maybe you'll find something there.

Coil whine can be caused by all the things I listed and more, which is easily verified by googling. You might have mentioned in your first post that it's a headphones problem instead of saying that it exists even with your speakers muted. If the hiss is not produced by your speakers to a comparable extent as it is by headphones, it may just be a noisy headphone circuit. If you're plugging into a front jack on the case, try the motherboard jack, and vice versa.

I tried everything, and nothing helped.

It's defenetly not a noisy headphone circuit, because I have used these headphones before and there was no noise.
They are plugged into my motherboard jack from the back, and I can't try vice versa because my front jack doesn't work :)
