HD Audio Device conflict

I have Asus Z97M-PLUS as my mobo with Realtek® ALC887.
In Device Mgr under Sound there are 2 lines:
1) 'Realtek Definition Audio' ... which is OK
2) 'High Definition Audio Device' is alerted with yellow triangle & exclamation mark.
What is that ?
Is there some kind of conflict ?

The High Definition Audio Device is a generic Windows installed sound driver. It could be for the RealTek or it could be for HDMI audio if the proper HDMI video driver is not installed. Uninstall it in the Device Manager, then restart the PC and then check to see if Windows reinstalls it.

If you have a Video Card with HDMI or have an Intel CPU with internal Video you should install the applicable hardware video driver. That may also get rid of it.

Windows reinstalled it after reboot.
I don't have a video card but use CPU graphics: Intel® HD Graphics 4600
Is there a separate driver for that ?

Yes, there is an Intel driver for the Intel HD Graphics 4600.

Go to the Intel web site, let it scan your system for driver updates. It should list, at least, the Intel graphics driver.

OK - I did some search on Intel and found:

Intel® Iris™ and HD Graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8/8.1 64bit

After installing the driver Device Mgr looked OK.
