I need to sleep to enable sound in external speakers
Hi,
My problem is that I have to use 'sleep' option to enable sound in external speakers (the builtin Asus laptop's speakers work). I have to do it always after starting Windows 8. It's a dualboot system with Linux, so I had to disable faststartup and hibernate options the below way: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/6320-fast-startup-turn-off-windows-8-a.html
I'm not sure if this is the reason, bacause I rarely use Windows. It's Windows 64b. I use Realtek drivers provided by Asus and also tried to remove them (so the ones that come with Windows work I guess) but it doesn't work too.
I'd appreciate any suggestions...
