realtek error in windows 8

hi,i recently installed windows 8.it already contains a sound driver and as to improve, i installed realtek driver with cd given to my pc and unistalled the previous driver which has given along with os.to update my realtek, i downloaded realtek driver compatible to my pc.while installing, it removed the older one(realtek) and failed to installed.now i tried to install the old realtek driver and showing an error 0x0000000D.now i cant install any drivers.it showing a same error while installing.please help me with that problem.i unistalled all the audio drivers still it showing the same error while installing.when i updated audio in device manager it shows that realtek driver found but encountered an error while installing it.
my motherboard is Intel G41 chipset and model is DG41RQ.
