Solved No surround on my 5.1 system

Since upgrading my HTPC to Win 8 Pro 64 bit I cannot hear my surround speakers anymore. When I do the speaker config, the sound that is supposed to come from my surrounds is instead coming from my front right and front left speakers. I am using a GTX 460 GPU as my sound card. I have the latest NVIDIA driver installed (GeForce 306.97 Driver)

I went back through my Onkyo receiver and made sure the speakers were all assigned properly and they are. Any ideas or advice here? Thanks in advance.

kids must've been fiddling with the receiver. Ran set-up again and resolved the issue. If it weren't for them darn meddlin kids.... Gotta love em.
