Don't take this the wrong way -- but if you are going to market stuff I'd suggest you run your text through the dictionary spell checker first.
Your game software will presumably be able to issue error / help / status messages. If these are not presented professionally using error free syntax and having correct "non text-ese" spelling then you are really on to a loser.

I use camstudio to record my screen, and then I use handbrake to re-encode it down to a manageable size. Both applications are 100% free.
