Office 2013 won't finish syncing

The last time it synced was on 20Jul and always shows 'DISCONNECTED' at the bottom of the screen. Is this because I have it on two laptops? One is fully synced and the other won't finish. Has anyone else had this happen?

Problem solved: I deleted that email account and set it up again. The second time around it synced the account.
