Hi everyone
I disklike the whole "App" and "Store" type of concept anyway for software distribution - but at least on a Smart phone it seems to work.

Microsoft seems totally to have hosed up its store App - which certainly doesn't endear its reputation to people who didn't like the idea in the first place.

Seems that there is no SEARCH facility -- so if you are looking for Free games you just have to go to what's on the screen and scroll forever -- and they aren't even in alphabetical order either.

Then you can't exit the application until you go into the chams bar START and finally you can only close the store app from the little icon at the TOP left of the screen before going back to the desktop.

What a pile of Dog poo. Surely even a 6 year old kid could have designed something a bit more flexible and certainly omission of a Search renders the whole application totally useless.

Enc screenshot . At least in a VM you can still get at the snipping tool !!! as the VM app isn't metro even in the VM itself is running a metro app. !!

Note : No search and games listed not in alphabetical order.

Cheers
jimbo

Yeah, I didn't find a search either. I decided I just didn't care as I didn't want these Metro apps anyway.
