Cannot close process for the life of me

Yesterday, I downloaded a game called "a little Spaceshooter" from a website called itch.io (link at "https://darkdaragon77.itch.io/a-little-spaceshooter", I'd advise you not download it) and after I tried to start the game up, it didn't launch. But it did create a process that could not be closed whatsoever, not in the Task Manager, not in the Command Prompt, not in anything. Capture3.JPG
I can't close those processes in the "Processes" tabs, and I can't close their corresponding entries in the "Details" tab. Everytime I try, it just says "The operation could not be completed; access is denied." For some reason, the processes are still there when I restart the computer as well. What should I do?

Got OS backups? There might be a "brute-force" way using Resplendence's Registrar Registry Manager and/or RegEdit. However, maybe await easier and safer ways suggested by others here in eightforums before resorting to registry editing. I'll be watchin' and learnin' alongside you in this thread.
