Solved Screen capture app

I need a screen capture app, or method, that will allow me to capture things like context menus that go away as soon as you press another key. For instance if I click a drop down, then go to do a screen capture by hitting Alt, it goes away.

You can use the Snipping tool:

Open the Snipping Tool.

Click Cancel but, don’t close the tool.

Next open the menu you want to capture.

With that menu open press Ctrl and Print Screen .

Then use the snipping tool like you normally would and click and drag over the menu you want to capture.

I never knew that about using the snipping tool in that way

(For awkward stuff like menus I always used CTRL + PrntScr and then went and pasted into paint, then used the snipping tool)
