Crashplan Feedback (Positives and Negatives)

I'm researching potential unlimited online backup services and Crashplan has made it to my short list. If you have experience with this service I would appreciate any feedback--positive and/or negative. I currently have about 5TB of home storage space available, but over the last year I have begun--and continue--to create a lot of video files and need to find a longer term, higher capacity option. The unlimited Crashplan service looks pretty good.

Can't help you regarding CrashPlan as that is about the only online plan I haven't tested. Didn't want to install java just for it.

I ended up going with SOS due to being unlimited, and the lifetime versioning feature. Have been using it about 4-5 months now backing up approx 4TB and have been very happy with it. Low resources on my machine and very fast backup speeds. I have tested restoring older versions of files and each time was successful.
