Solved [software developing]

hi all readers.

i know it may sound crazy a bit but if someone knows how to make windows applications i want a very very simple application.

an application that runs automatically (for example when i connect the usb flash drive whit the file in it,the file runs) and closes every process except system needed proccess (services-system...) and restart the explorer.exe.

is it possible for someone to make this for me?
just needing it for my problem.

i found a way on making simple applications (autoplay media studio) and i used another application (process explorer) and i made it myself.
its a portable process manager that also has autoplay feature for where you cant access the task manager or the task manager is not responding.

P.S: actually im going to use it in my city game.net to open the task manager and end the game.net manager program so it wont turn the the pc off when i reach my timer...infinite free playing
