Windows 8 tiles can't open

Hello everyone,

The standard windows 8 tiles can't open (ex. Camera, Store, Settings, Games, etc)
If i click on them I directly get teleported to windows 8 start menu, but the windows does not wanna let me get the full screen.
If i click again on it, I get teleported back to start menu. This keeps happening, restarted my laptop and doesn't work.

Thanks for trying to help me, but there are so many options and I tried many of them but they don't let me fix it.
Do you know how to fix it with the right steps? A computer is allways been a big struggle for me :huh:

It'll be a matter of going down the list trying each one to see if one may help.

Another option is to the factory reset. back up any files you don't want to lose before hand as they may get deleted in the process. Or a Windows refresh or reset.

Dear Administrator Brink and alphanumeric
I tried to refresh/reset windows 8 already 4 times but there keep coming an error around 51- 55% of the progress of the refresh. Nothing can resolve it. Can you find a solution?

In that case, you might consider doing a clean install.

You should be able to get install media here, Create installation media for Windows 8.1 - Windows Help It's option one here, http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/18309-windows-8-windows-8-1-iso-download-create.html . It will read and use OEM embedded codes, Windows 8.0 codes and Windows 8.1 codes.
