Recently Teamspeak 3 fails to launch upon right clicking on shortcut icon. Minimized window appears in task bar as icon. This icon will not close unless computer is shut down and restarted. Had been working normally a few weeks ago.
Attempting to launch from the file in Program Files (x86) causes popup message which states "unable to load Qt platform plugin "windows". Also, the teamspeak 3 folder shows no .exe, only has file description "ts3client_win64".
Tried uninstall/reinstall several times. Tried clearing history cache.
Have been on TS3 forums and elsewhere trying to get a solution. Any help is greatly appreciated. I have windows 8.1 and HP Envy with i4440 3.10GHz processor. I hope I'm in correct forum for this.
