Solved (hidden)SkyDrive files not converted to OneDrive

After doing a full scan I found that I had a lot of SkyDrive files in C:\Windows\WinSxS..................... Do I need to keep them? or should I delete all of them? I don't know why they haven't been converted over to OneDrive, as I have OneDrive.

You shouldn't delete them (or anything else from WinSxS). Changing the name to OneDrive was just branding. Many objects still use the old SkyDrive name - even in Windows 10.

The directory C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\SkyDrive is still used also.

You are welcome. Really though, don't manually delete anything from WinSxS - it will end in tears.

If you are worried about it getting big (it does as it contains all programs Windows needs to run plus some backup versions to be extra safe) you can clean it up a bit by following this tutorial: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/44351-winsxs-folder-component-store-clean-up-windows-8-1-a.html
