A problem caused the program to stop working correctly

Hi All,
I got this software for doing modelling one engineering work installed on my PC. One day after installation everything was smooth until the software could not be opened and this "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly" message appeared on the screen.

Could I get some light what is exactly happen here?? the program was just OK with windows 7

Is the program Windows 8 compatible and is it the application or your browser giving you this message? Usually it is the browser that issues this message.

It is compatible with windows 7, but I did a compatibility check before installing the application. The message comes from the application by the way

Uninstall it and reinstall it in compatibility mode. How did you perform your compatibility check?

I did remove and re-install it. Just as usual as to run the compatibility check. Right click>Troubleshoot Compatibility and follow the lead of the box. The problem still out there, unfortunately.

Even in compatibility mode some software will not work correctly. You may wish to speak with the software manufacturer support for any issues or upgrade possibilities.
BTW: Are all your drivers up do date?

Ok then. I think yes, all my drivers are up to date.
