Unable to remove Unisales from Chrome

hey guys so recently someone had tampered with my laptop causing Unisales to install onto it. Now im ripping my hair out trying to remove it. I have already removed the program but the toolbar still lingers. Tried unchecking and hitting the trash icon to get rid of it in chrome but it just comes back next boot. Tried a virus scan, revo uninstaller, awdcleaner. What should i use to get rid of this pest
