Since Microsoft is taking more and more the direction of the cloud integration for many of their applications, including Windows 8 , I will like to share my experience with 2 cloud related product Google Apps and Office 365.
I don't always find good support from manufacturers or providers, but since I introduce Google Apps to my customers, I found their customers services very helpfully and efficient, they know their stuff.
This week end I was also very impress with the forum of Office 365, probably some of you now already that you need PowerShell to set few advance things in Office 365, and the forum have users who are expert in it, they help me to create a script for one of my customer.
2 great products
Please note it was Google Apps for Business, so a paid application, I don't think they offer support for the free one.
