some of them have the limitation of 32bit Bios PC's

you have to pay for UEFI 64bit systems

Top backup tools (including system/files/partitions): Acronis, EaseUS Todo Backup, Aomei. I used Todo Backup and Acronis, both of them can really restore the system from the backup(even restore the system backup to another HDD/SSD). The free version of Todo Backup and Aomei can offer many powerful functions like clone.

Yes.

The Lord Ganesha.
One of his attributes is removing obstacles from one's path. :)

A link---

Lord Ganesha: symbolism and birth story, its meaning practice

A quote---

If we don’t honor the Ganas, then our every action is a form of thievery, as it is unsanctioned. Therefore, instead of propitiating each Gana in order to receive their blessings, we bow to their Lord, Sri Ganesha. By receiving His grace, we receive the grace of all. He removes any potential obstacles and enables our endeavors to succeed.
Such is the greatness of Sri Ganesha!

I assume, with each of the different backup programs you have to also create a disc to use at boot up in order to use the backed up image you created? Thanks folks! :)

You assume correctly, easily done with Macrium Reflect which appears to be the best image back up program for the time being IMHO. But which ever program you decide to use, test the boot disk you create.
