Hi everybody!

When I try to use any Apps by searching for them in the Start Screen, I receive the following error.

What is the resolution to fix this?

I get the error pictured in my first post when I open via search.

But I get this error when I select them directly...

Also note, regular programs open fine. Only having issues with Start Screen Apps.

For example, I can't open Check For Windows Updates overlay Start Screen App, yet I can open Windows Update window just fine.

In that case, work through the items in the link I posted to see if they may be able to help for now. :)

Sorry to take so long to reply, but I went through most of the suggestions on that list but still have the same issues.

I have a thought... I have an fairly small SSD as my OS drive, so to keep it from filling up (since I'm used to having terabytes of space prior to when I finally went to an ssd for performance) I moved the Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures and Videos directories to one of my HDD (I didn't move the Desktop directory). Also, I installed most of my non-Microsoft programs to yet another HDD.

Could this be causing my issue? Is there something hidden in the Apps/Start Screen that is located in one of these user folders?

Just a thought, don't know if this info will help.
