WampServer cannot run on my Windows 8 CP 32-bit

I am working on with a project that uses MySQL, but when I try windows 8 CP, it didnt work. Windows 7 64-bit It worked perfectly. Can anyone help me? Is there a Compatible WampServer for Windows 8 CP?

Can you:

1. Winkey + R
2. Type services.msc
3. Scroll down to wampmysqld and make sure it's running

If that doesn't work

4. From the wampserver tray icon select MySQL/MySQL Log
5. Post the contents.

Is the server actually not running per the tray icon or are you getting localhost 403 error when you try to access a page? If it is the latter some config files need changes.

    I worked my up from a virtual machine, to a slow 32-bit celeron and now two monitors on my XPS8100. Works great!
