Hello everyone, this is my 1st post.
I have had Office 13 working on my system before. And when I ran a chkdsk, Office apps started not to work. I tried repairing them with the Office CD but that didn't help. Then, I uninstalled it and tried to re install it again but all I keep getting is that "Setup encountered a problem during installation." I check the log files and all I can see is that the error code is 1603. That error code is too generic and I already tried a lot of solutions found on the internet. What I inferred from the logs is that the error is generated after "CA install license". To be exact this is what I found in the log files:
