Since this just started recently, you could do a system restore using a restore point dated before this started to undo and hopefully fix this.

If that fails or you do not have a restore point available, then you could switch your broken Microsoft account to be a local account, create a new administrator Microsoft account on the PC with the same email address, sign in to the new account, and copy any files (ex: music, documents, etc...) from the old account to the new one. This would hopefully have the new account work properly so you can use it instead of the old one.

Sorry admin, I have just done the same thing like you said, but nothing happen. My modern apps like store, weather, facebook cannot work when I click on the tile, they just stuck at the circle loading for a long period and then they are replaced by blank pages, but they still appear when I move the mouse to the left top of the screen. Please help
