OneNote doesn't display pasted pictures

I hope someone has enough OneNote experience to help me solve that. The thing is that when I copy-paste a webpage into OneNote (using 2013 version) everything is displayed properly. However after a system restart the previously pictures disappear and only text is left. See the screenshot:

My guess is that those pictures are put into Temporary Internet Files or OneNote cache and are gone when overwritten or cache is cleaned. I've made a test by inserting all images to a note instead of pasting them but it doesn't help.

Downloading those pictures from the web each time OneNote cache is cleaned isn't a good solution - what if a picture gets deleted from the original page? It would be much better those pictures were embedded into notes.

I haven't found any option to make OneNote store pictures in its own database. Can you please help me with forcing OneNote to store and display pictures regardless of the internet access? Many thanks in advance!
