I can only run apps when NOT connected to the internet. Only pre installed apps becauce I can't download new ones.
When connected to the internet I can
use a browser, use email and go to the apps store.
If I try to run any apps they try to open up and then I get the message "Can't log into Xbox" or something like that. I DON'T HAVE AN XBOX. Why do microsoft assume everyone owns all of their products.
I have uninstalled everything mention of Xbox but this get the same problem.
I tried to download an app - three days later it was still trying. I just get a blank square on the home screen with some dots scrolling along the bottom of the box. I have tried various apps and nothing ever downloads.
Can anyone shed any light on this.
