As The title says, I'm going to make my first app for windows 8. I would love to have as much information about making windows 8 as possible, Hence My Signature


So please, Post as many tutorials as you can for me!! My First app is going to be a reader, For EIGHT FORUMS!! :party:

Then go to Windows App Studio - Microsoft. After signing in to App Studio with a Microsoft Account you can start playing, testing various samples and see how an app is done and generated.

To publish Windows / Windows Phone apps you need a so called Windows Developer Account. See the prices and other info here: Account types, locations, and fees - Windows app development.

A nice, easy to learn tool to find out if you could be an app developer ;) is Microsoft Project Siena. Read more and download Siena: Microsoft Project Siena (Beta)

Latest version of the free Visual Studio Express for coding Windows and Windows Phone apps can be found here: Visual Studio | MSDN.
