One Drive not syncing

My onedrive is not syching. The drive has the blue icon to the left of files/folders but it says 0% for hours.

I'm not getting through to their support. Can anyone help.

This is a really good service and I'm kind of reliant on the cloud. It's not good but it's easy.

If that doesn't help you can also have a look in the SyncDiagnostic.log and see if you can see anything.
Type :winkey: + R and enter the path: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\SkyDrive\logs (note - the logs are still in SkyDrive folder even though the app is renamed OneDrive)
