Hello
Security tab>restricted - keeps changing from default.
I reset it to default and click apply and ok.
I think another program may be doing this but cannot seems to isolate it. I have MBAM, SpywareBlaster and Defender.
Then again it could be one of my settings.
This has been going on for quite some time on both pcs and I have run MBAM, Defender and Kaspersky's free scan.
My wife and I are elderly and do not go to any sites that would cause this,
Why would this be happening?
Thank you
Peter

Hi Peter!

Does resetting your internet explorer settings not correct this?

Do you have Protected Mode checked?

The only other mind set I can think of is like your self where you may have a piece of software that is automatically setting some settings.

It's probably SpywareBlaster. I know it messes up with the restricted sites in IE. It's one of its features.

I do have protected mode checked.

I will uncheck it then if it is not ok will attend to SpywareBlaster. I have not messed with any settings in SpywareBlaster.
Thanks all.

PS The default checks the protected mode.
