How can I remove all ads from all Windows 8 apps?

It seems that in 8.1 there is now no way to gain owner or admin access to C:\Program Files\WindowsApps, so it is now impossible edit, rename, or delete any of the content of that folder.
Anyone know of a another way to kill ads?

I turned Bing off very soon after installing Windows 8.

I'm not sure how that setting would affect Apps like Hangman Pro etc etc.
I've tried just about everything with the stuff in WindowsApps.
I've taken ownership, turned off "read only", tried running Notepad and Wordpad as admin but cannot save any changes.
Cannot rename files.
One recommendation was to delete "bootstrap.html" from "Microsoft.Advertising.WinRT.UI" folder.
Managed to do that but it just resulted in a broken app.

Seems like Microsoft has decided that the ads must stay no matter what.
